A website build at Intrigue moves quickly. In a few days, a designer prepares for and runs the design side of a client lead gen session, sets up the site with the rest of the build team, styles it, and has it ready for Design QC. This course follows that timeline one day at a time, so you know what is expected of you on each day of the build week and what needs to be ready before the next step can begin.
You will learn how to prepare for a client session, present the design questions on the lead gen call, move from the wireframe session into build setup, and bring the site through Design QA and QC on schedule. The course also covers the rest of the build week, post-live feedback, and what to do when a build runs off the standard timeline. Parts of this process are changing as new tools roll out, and the lessons note where a step is in transition. Before you start, a senior or lead designer will assign you a live lead gen and wireframe session to shadow, and the course assignment is based on that session.
